“Day of” wedding coordination begins one month prior to the wedding date.

  • Upon contracting DJH will provide a customized vendor list to fit client’s specific style and budget. 

  • Discuss details with hired vendors (Client is responsible for planning the event. The “day of” coordinator will assist on the “day of” to assure the event is coordinated as the client has planned. 

  • Review contracts (Client is responsible for obtaining all vendor contracts & providing them to DJH one month prior to the wedding date.)

  • Final vendor confirmation

Ceremony and Reception Planning and Organization

  • On-site event management for 10 hours on the wedding day (additional hrs.- $75 per hr.)

  • Create wedding day itinerary for venue, vendors, and bridal party

  • Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets

  • Reserve ceremony seating

  • Vendor arrival confirmation

  • Coordinate Ceremony; musicians, bridal party entrance, parent seating

  • Transport decorations from ceremony to reception site

  • Coordinate with musicians, caterers and photographers to keep the reception flowing

  • Decorate/Set-up ceremony and reception items

  • Distribute last payments

  • Create the final departure

  • Clean up personal decorations and belongings at reception

  • Coordinate with family or designated person to take all belongings from the site

  • Arrange for baker and floral rental item return

  • Supervise clean up by all vendors with a follow-up visit to the wedding site the day after the event.

Ceremony Rehearsal

  • Attend and coordinate a one-hour rehearsal

Wedding Planning and Organizing

  • Assist with save the date wording.

  • Facilitate budget planning.

  • Assist with floor plan design/seating chart

  • Create a timeline for you and the vendors

Wedding planning begins upon contracting our services.

 

VENDOR ARRANGEMENTS

  • Assist with selection of vendors

  • Attend all meetings/phone consultations with client and hired vendors

  • Continual consultations with hired vendors on wedding details as they develop

  • Review contracts

  • Final vendor confirmation

  • Act as “the bank” on clients behalf…paying all vendors in a timely fashion

  • Assist with menu selection and arrange one tasting (By client request only)

Guest Services

  • Arrange room blocks at preferred hotels and properties for wedding guests

  • Coordinate group activities for all guests or just the wedding party (golf, hiking, rafting, horseback riding, spa day, etc.)

Ceremony and Reception Planning and Organization

  • On-site event management for 8 hours on the wedding day (additional hrs.- $75 per hr.)

  • Create wedding day itinerary for venue, vendors, and bridal party

  • Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets

  • Reserve ceremony seating

  • Vendor arrival confirmation

  • Coordinate Ceremony (musicians, bridal party entrance, parent/grandparent seating)

  • Generate a timeline for you and the vendors

  • Track room blocks (guest accommodations)

  • Coordinate guests’ transportation schedule (to and from wedding events)

  • Assist with the wording and design of “save the date” invitations, wedding invitations, and welcome letters or wedding weekend itineraries (including transportation schedule)

*Three Carat Wedding Coordination Fee - 15% of all wedding day costs

Out of Town Guest Accommodations

Destination Jackson Hole can arrange room blocks at preferred hotels and lodging properties.

 

Out Of Town Guest Activities

Destination Jackson Hole can coordinate group guest activates including river trips, fishing tours, horseback riding, hiking tours, golf tee times, spa appointments, or any other event for you and your guests.  Creating a weekend of activities for them to participate in and to build anticipation for the big day!  

 

Welcome Baskets

Treat your guests to a welcoming gift basket upon their arrival to Jackson Hole. The baskets will be delivered to the guests’ accommodations one-two days prior to the wedding.
